Blank screen for sudoku puzzles

Hi
I am quite often getting a blank screen when i load daily puzzles , but this does not happen all the time . Occasionally I also get puzzle freezing while playing .
Any ideas ?

The first screen appears , and when I press Game Window the Pop up screen appears blank . This seems to happen about 50% of the time for all puzzles

Hello Nick,

can you describe it a little bit more, please?
When you click on the variant, the pop-up window appears - with the Flash loaded (or just a blank page?):
/sites/default/files/pick_game.png

And there you can or can not see the buttons?
/sites/default/files/game_window.png

Freezing of the puzzle is unfortunately caused on your side. There aren't any connections to server during the game.
There is connection between the Flash application (game interface in the window) to server on the beginning. Everything is loaded before the buttons START GAME: with the date appear.
Once you click on the button, there is stored your start into DB and the puzzle appears.
So this must be caused by problems of the browser or something else.
I'm afraid that I won't be able to help you if this is the problem.
