Number Place Sudoku

R5C9 and R8C9 having values 8 and 5 respectively but according to rules either the Xth digit in that direction is Y, or the Yth digit in that
direction is X, but here both are right.

Any Help Please.

R7C6,R7C7,R8C6,R8C7 having values 4,8,2,1 where 4*2 = 8 and 8*1 = 8 but what rules says "That number is the product of two of the four adjacent digits".

I'll change the instruction. Either-or usage was mistaken because there is not a strict separation here. Both can be true.

"The clue indicates that the Xth digit in that direction is Y, or the Yth digit in that direction is X. Both can be true as well."
